The menu celebrates the cuisine of Emilia Romagna and is centered around house-made pasta, a nod to the restaurant’s name which translates to “head of household”-usually a nonna who hand rolls pasta. Rezdora is a great Italian restaurant and the pastas are amazing. The biggest caveat is that pasta is cooked al dente and is chewy which is consistent with how pasta is cooked in Italy. For people who prefer their pasta softer (like me), just come mentally prepared.
